Sieve covering service
We would be pleased to cover your sieves (whether supplied by us or by another manufacturer). We have the necessary know-how as well as a large stock of sieve meshes. Suppose the mesh is available in our stock and you have supplied the sieve frame, we can cover your sieve within a very short time. Sieve mesh material:
- 1.4301 (V2A; AISI 304)
- 1.4404 (V4A; AISI 316L)
- Synthetic mesh (PA, PME, PET)
Mesh with material certificate can be supplied upon request (to be specified in the inquiry or order).
Adhesives used:
Depending on the requirements, two components or instant adhesives will be used (on demand in FDA quality). Coarser V2A-meshes will be welded (lead-free). The corresponding certificate can be delivered on request (to be specified in the inquiry or order).
Perforated plates:
